 Policies You Should Know About

You can expect quality merchandise, the guaranteed lowest price, immediate delivery and exceptional service. To help us achieve these goals, we've established the following policies. Virginia Sales Tax Is 5%. All Merchandise Will Be Taxed No Exceptions  
 Return Policy:
You may return an item if it was bought sight unseen. There are no returns on catalog orders. Be sure of your correct size.

Regarding Damaged Merchandise Return:
Please inspect your order carefully upon arrival. If you receive a damaged, item please call us immediately within 3 days of receiving you order. We will replace the damaged item with the same style color and size you originally ordered. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or give you a credit for merchandise that has been worn or damaged dry cleaning. You must have original ticket on all items.

Layaway Policy

Deposits will be between 50% - 75% depending on what items are chosen. The remainder of the layaway balance must be paid in full no later than 30 days from the original deposit date. Layaway will not be held without downpayment. Absolutely No Exceptions!

 Money Orders DepositsPlease make money orders out to:  DJ's Fashions Final PaymentAfter the initial payment the remaining balance must be paid in full within 30 days. If you fail to make your final payment for what ever reason you will loose your deposit and the items you have on hold will be put back out for sale. This is our policy and we will stick to them no exceptions!! Cancellation of Layaway

Customer must notify DJ's Fashions in writing via email at  mailto:%20djsfashions@aol.com  within 24 hours after first initial deposit. Letter must state that he/she would like to cancel layaway immediately in order to receive a full refund of down payment. After 24 hours there will be no refunds given for any reason!Returns/Exchanges of LayawayThere will be no returns or exchanges for layaway items, so please make your selections accordingly.
